Definition of Emergency repairs:
1.    Blocked or broken toilet system
2.    Serious roof leaks
3.    Bust water service
4.    Gas Leak
5.    Flooding
6.    A dangerous electrical fault
7.    Failure or breakdown of gas, electricity or water supply to premises
8.    Fault or damage likely to cause injury to a person or damage the property
9.    Fault in common area of premises that unduly inconveniences a resident in gaining access to, or using the premises.


In the event of an emergency please follow these steps:

1.    CONTACT SUMMIT RENTAL – (07) 3712 0999 – by reporting urgent repair
2.    If SUMMIT RENTALS is unavailable contact the sales line – (07) 3712 0700
3.    If both un-contactable, contact the numbers below.


If the nominated tradesman deems the call out as unnecessary and not classed as an emergency you will be responsible for the call out fee. Tenants are reminded that broken or cracked glass is normally the responsibility of the tenant.
